Terms & Conditions
Tatheer Technical Services LLC provides maintenance and repair services for elevators, escalators, moving walks/travelators and conveyor belts. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
- Maintenance, repair and modernization of elevators, escalators, moving walks/travelators and conveyor belts.
- Preventive maintenance services performed at scheduled intervals.
- Emergency repair services available subject to availability and response time conditions.
- Replacement of worn-out or defective parts with high-quality, manufacturer-approved components.
2. Service Agreements
- Clients may enter into maintenance contracts covering periodic servicing and inspections.
- Contracts specify service frequency, response times and included services.
- Additional repairs or component replacements outside the contract scope will be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon contract terms.
- Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
- Any additional repairs or emergency call-outs beyond the contract scope will be invoiced separately.
4. Warranty & Liability
- Repairs and part replacements are covered under a limited warranty for a specified period, subject to terms agreed in the contract.
- Tatheer Technical Services LLC is not liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
- Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts directly serviced by our team.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Any issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to report faults in a timely manner may not be covered under the service agreement.
- Clients must notify Tatheer Technical Services LLC of any operational issues promptly.
6. Emergency Services
- Emergency repair services are available 24/7, but response times may vary based on location and workload.
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours or urgent service requests.
7. Compliance & Safety
- All services are performed in compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.
- Clients must ensure adherence to elevator and escalator safety regulations in their premises.
- Any recommended safety upgrades or modifications must be implemented to maintain operational compliance.
8. Service Termination
- Contracts may be terminated by either party with prior notice as per the agreement.
- Early termination may incur penalties depending on contract terms.
- Tatheer Technical Services LLC reserves the right to discontinue services due to non-payment or non-compliance with contractual obligations.
9. Modifications & Amendments
- Tatheer Technical Services LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes in terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes arising from services provided shall be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in the UAE jurisdiction.
